Y a aucun Flintstone qui résisterait à des côtes levées pareilles.....mmmm
Côtes levées aux pommes et à la bière
5-6 personnes
Louis-François Marcotte
Bouillon:
3 oignons, en gros morceaux
12 gousses d,ail écrasées
2 feuilles de laurier
1 piment fort, tranché en deux, épépiné
2 tasses de jus de pommes
1 bière
3 kg de côtes levées
eau en quantité suffisante
Mettre tous les ingrédients dans une grande marmitte, déposer les côtes ( sectionnez-les si elles sont trop longues), et recouvrir d'eau. Laisser mijoter sur le feu au moins 1 heure +15 minutes, la chair doit se détacher de l'os. Réserver les côtes une fois cuites.
Sauce BBQ:
2 gousses d,ail finement hachées
1 morceau de gingembre de 3 cm haché
2 c. à soupe de paprika fumé
3 c. à soupe de cassonnade
2 c. à soupe de moutarde de dijon
1/2 tasse de jus de pomme
2 c. à soupe de sauce soya
tabasco au goût.
Chauffer le grill du BBQ, badigeonner généreusement les côtes levées et cuire environ 10-12 minutes sur le BBQ..... arroser souvent de ce qui reste de sauce.....
Et je ne résiste pas non plus! Elle ont l'air tellement bonnes!
